Très bon

Café très agréable, corsé mais pas trop, zéro amertume, bonne longueur en bouche. Service et Livraison rapide. Merci les cafés Trottet

GinoVONGHIA

Pour l'instant, mon préféré avec le Mocca luxe et tout aussi léger en caféine . . . grains testés sur Lelit Elizabeth PL92T, café à 90° et 12/12,5 bars maxi + chaudière pour l'infusion à 128° à 15/17 secondes 1,2 bar environ. Très bel arome et excellente longueur en bouche. Caféine 2,3/10 . . . force 7,7/10 . . . équilibre 8,8/10 . . . acidité 2,3/10. Un vrai plaisir à redécouvrir à chaque nouvelle tasse. De très bons cafés bien différents les uns des autres, et surtout bien heureux d'avoir découvert le site et les cafés Trottet.
