Authentic recipe from 70 years conceived and imagined by Théophile Trottet, we discover its delicious notes of toasted hazelnuts with a dominant body with a racy character. 3 exceptional origins make up our coffee: Brazil, Guatemala, Vietnam, to make a blend of 70% arabica then 30% robusta. We roast it by hand in our workshop in Geneva, for a slow and complete development of the sublimated aromas of N ° 7.
